The KC-10s are NCHO_ and fly from Mildenhall. The KC-135s fly with the callsign LAGR_ and come out of Mildenhall in the UK or Ramstein in Germany. There are a couple types you'll see doing this: KC-135s and KC-10s from the US Air Force, and A330s that are either from Royal Air Force, or NATO-owned and flying under Dutch registrations. They fly regular patters, mostly long "racetracks" at between 20k and 30k feet. At the moment, those other aircraft will be fighters flying air patrols near the eastern borders of NATO countries (the fighters themselves don't usually show up on flight tracking websites, but you can sometimes spot them alongside the tankers on the way in or out).
